What is this?
Considering to relocate, collecting pros/cons. Flat contracts in Japan are for 2 years, need then to be renewed - and one pays the amount of additional monthly rent then to the company who handles the renewal. My renewal comes up in November.. so leaving before that would be good. Also, the owner of the current house is taking down and rebuilding another house directly in front of my window - so I get dirt and noise while teleworking, and all of that with the house getting rebuilt from the rent I payed over the last years.
Requirements of a potential new flat:
- 23qm or more, ideally no cockroaches
- should not be noisy
- good internet connection should be possible link
