Aoshima. An island in the south of Miyazaki, with a Shrine. After receiving the internet sim-card late from the hotel, I hit the second issue at this time of the travel. Removing them led to the feet and backpain recover. 青島は宮崎市の南にある島。今はホテルの事件が済ませたけど他の悩みが活性した。僕は旅行のすぐ前に新しい靴を買った。昔同じ型の靴を買った。でも今は両方の足のかかとが痛くなって、血も出た。三年前の腰の痛みも戻って来た。その時は、毎日運動とジョギングをしたら、腰が治った。今回は原因を色々考えた。結局、靴の中に厚い革の中敷を発見した。その中敷を取ってみたら、腰と足が治った。良かった。そんなに小さな原因で重大な影響が出て、ビックリした。
