thinking about
-
- 4k @ 120 Hz requires 3840 × 2160 × 3 bpp × 120 Hz × 8 = 24 Gbit/s. Just below of 25.92 Gbit/s of DisplayPort 1.3 / 1.4
- =⇒ DisplayPort1.4 is ok
- HDMI 2.0 only provides 18.0 Gbit/s, so if HDMI, it would need to be HDMI2.1 (which is nowhere in use right now)
- passive power monitor equipment, to measure power consumption and hand it out over wlan
- thin client pc: HP Compaq t5710, transmeta crusoe cpu
- Roland mt-32, or mt32-pi
